FTF Fully Baked: Amazing Ambrosia for Springtime!

Happy Springtime, everybody! The cold winter days and nights have finally come to an end and some bright & sunny weather lies ahead! Looking for some ideas for light, sweet snacks that you can enjoy with friends and family while you get some fresh air? Well, look no further! WARNING: yummy awesomeness ahead...

Awesomely Angelic Ambrosia, by Sam!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt, either Greek, vanilla or vanilla honey

  • 2 oz light sour cream (regular also works)

  • 1 oz mini marshmallows

  • 2-3 fresh Mandarin oranges (or 1/3 cup of no sugar added canned oranges)

  • 1/2 cup pineapple canned (no sugar added) or fresh

  • 1/3 cup coconut (sweetened, unsweetened, toasted or fresh grated)

  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans or walnuts, chopped

  • 1/4 cup cherries, either fresh or frozen (Maraschino, sweet or tart)

  • 2-3 slices of lemon soaked apple, cubed

  • granola (to top the mixture when served)

Process: Drain fruit well & then mix all ingredients (minus the granola) thoroughly. Top with the granola when ready to serve.
