Recipe & Ingredients

"I couldn't find just one I loved, so I took the best of from previously tried recipes and tweaked some ingredients, added some ingredients and...voila! Waffles and pancakes I love!" - Sam

  • 1-2 Tsps Vanilla (optional)

  • 2 Large Eggs

  • 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 Cups Whole Milk (Almond Milk or 2%)

  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt (any flavor)

  • 1 Tsp to 1 Tbsp Honey (optional)

  • 1 Tbsp & 2 Tsp Baking Powder

  • 1 1/2 Cups Flour (approx.)

  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (approx. 1/2 cup, use any desired flavor)

Whisk all ingredients together, blend well

  • For Pancakes, use more milk to thin batter to desired consistency. Heat griddle & prep with butter, cooking spray or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of your batter (or one ladle) per pancake and cook until bubbles appear. Then flip and cook a short time on the second side

  • For Waffles, use thicker batter. Preheat waffle iron & prep iron with non-stick spray. Pour in your batter, being careful not to over or under fill. Cook to desired color and crispness (be sure to check your waffle irons' directions for cooking).
